Trending Now- Floral Prints

Floral prints are so in vogue now and who doesn't love flowers. Flowers are subtle, pretty and feminine. Pair the right prints/colors/accessories and the trend is perfect in any girl's closet. Floral prints can be used in umpteen number of ways which make them suitable for every body type, every mood and every occasion.
My own take on the trend..
A short white floral dress with small multicolored prints paired with plain white flats and bright red nails!
Here are a few occasions where this trend could look lovely and very fashion forward.

Trend Dos

1. Day at the Ball Game: Floral prints paired with neutral & minimal accessories spell class and boyish charm at the same time. Comfy shoes and bags and a sheer cardigan for the spine-chilling moments!

2. Corporate Interview: Who says interviews have to be all black and blue. Prove you are a class apart with subtle floral prints and dull pink. Put your best foot forward in a pair of kitten heels and leave the skyscrapers for the after-selection party! Organize your documents in a folder and keep your lucky charms handy in your bag.

3. Dinner Date: Incorporating floral patterns for both casual and formal dinners is super easy. Go bold with bigger patterns all over the dress or play safe with a monotone dress and some accessories with floral embellishments or prints.

4. Brunch with Girlfriends: The best place to wear flowers is everywhere! So a little flower-shower on a brunch with your girlfriends spells warmth and comfort. A friendly chit chat with gal pals over salad greens is more fun when you look your very best. You can go with a crisp, well tailored look when you meet the judgy college rivals and slip into a cozy dress with flats when you are with your best buds.

5. Club Hopping: Go blingy with a studded bustier and glittering accessories or keep it lady like with simple accessories in floral patterns. The pattern goes well with both gold and silver accents. Throw on a cover-up or jacket when you head back home on a cold night.

Trend Must Have: Flower Printed Shirt

If you want a single piece in your closet that embodies this trend, grab a flowery shirt top. You can mix and match it in a number of ways with almost everything.

Trend Dont's

1. At all cost avoid certain prints that make you look like a curtain or bed sheet.
2. Do not go for a head to toe flower show. Keep accessories simple with a floral dress and vice versa.
3. Avoid very bright prints in the heavy areas as they make one look broader.
